Massage stimulates the natural flow of energy, blood and lymph to reduce emotional and physical discomfort. Aromatherapy with diffused and topical use of self-selected therapeutic grade essential oils work in synergy with your chosen intention to leave you smelling as divine as you’ll feel! Gentle energy clearing, sound healing and meditation techniques help to welcome you back home to your beautiful body; gently clearing away stagnant energies and restoring energetic boundaries. This massage takes place while laying down.
INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE
From barbershops to birthing rooms, from salons to the streets; the practice of Indian head massage has been passed down through generations for over 5000 years.
The traditional healing system of Ayervedic medicine (Literally translating to ‘science of life and longevity’), helps us to understand that illness is caused when the natural balance between mind, body and spirit are disrupted.
Indian head massage is a restorative and rejuvenating treatment that incorporates a wide range of techniques over the upper back, shoulders, neck, arms, hands, scalp and face.
The aim is to relieve physical and emotional trauma in order to promote peace, harmony and ultimately, a long and healthy life. This massage takes place while seated.
