People often ask “How did you get into this stuff?” Well here’s my story…

I used to be disabled and 'live' with chronic nerve pain alongside a number of complex connected health issues. I spent my time being depressed, withdrawn, isolated, exhausted and feeling as invisible as the pain. I'd seen every specialist in the country and almost began to believe them when they said “you’ll end up in a wheel chair permanently; there are no more medications or treatments to try; the side effects are worth it; it’s all in your head...”

One particularly gloomy day, I gave in to the realisation that true healing starts with choosing to be the change we want to see. It was time to reclaim my personal power rather than give it away freely to a greedy and unsupportive system. Time to reconnect to the true meaning of medicine and reunite my mind, body and spirit. Time to live.

I began to surrender to the inevitable calling that had whispered to me throughout my life; the messages ignored as an overactive imagination; the synchronicities disregarded as coincidences; the teachings coursing through my body presenting as pain because I was refusing to slow down, go within in and listen... Whether we name it Universe, Creator, Great Spirit, God, Source, The Divine… ‘Magic’ has a way of weaving itself into the mundane, easily accessible but often overlooked. It calls us home to our selves through dreams, gut instinct, the beauty of nature, wisdom passed down through generations...

With the help of a tribe of beautiful souls, I found myself immersed in holistic HEALTH care and traditional medicine, from food intolerance testing and reflexology to reiki and aromatherapy. I experienced indescribable transformation, safety, support and healing within the practice of ancient, trusted healing modalities including core Shamanism, Energy Healing and Tarot. I began to settle into my shadows rather than run from them, exploring into my creativity, starting to take commissions for bespoke artwork and jewellery. Within three years, I was able to come off all medication, cleanse my body of a decade worth of toxins, reverse all side effects and now live a life free from chronic pain and severe depression. I ran a small crystal shop in Kings Langley for a few years and began trading around the country at markets and festivals selling ethically-sourced crystals, jewellery, artwork and esoteric gifts.

The years since have been dedicated to learning, qualifying in, practicing and teaching of select ancient and honest holistic healing modalities, while honouring my own intuitive ability as a born healer and psychic.
